Theo was born into a family with two healthy older brothers. When Theo was not rolling or babbling at 10 months, his mother immediately knew something was not right. Other than some difficulty feeding shortly after birth, there were no other signs that would cause her concern. After seeking an evaluation from two neurologists, there still was no clear diagnosis. With overall low tone, he could not walk or talk at three years of age. Theo’s parents were very excited to find the Rosa Vera Fund and be able to offer their young son the extra therapy and support he needs to reach his potential. He will be receiving speech and physical therapy from our team, along with specialty care to understand his condition better.
